What this work is truly about

Some of us get up in the morning driven with purpose to serve others. I am one of those people. I bring this drive and heart centered approach into every moment of every day. My goal is always to bring all my skills to the table in a way that is useful and helpful. One of my most favorite learnings from the book “Be Useful- 7 Tools for Life” is exactly that- be useful.

So when I am working with a client I bring very tactful skill sets to each project like project management, marketing, etc. What I really bring, and my most valuable service is holding space for your vision and goal. This is paramount to seeing any project through. This is what I have had to do for myself over and over to finally reach career+heart cohesion. I absolutely knew it was possible and worked toward creating it every day.

When I get into a project, set up and start to feel out where this is going, I hold space for the vision along the way. I check in with my clients very often and ask the heart questions that keep the fire burning and the project moving forward. Without someone to remind us why this venture matters, we may burnout or lose interest. Sometimes this happens. But if you have the right support and someone who shares your vision with you, it is less likely to fizzle.

So if you have a project or venture in mind that absolutely must get off the ground, gather the right support, don’t hide it from others until it’s ready. Start telling those closest to you about what it is you are envisioning. Create your launch team and get moving! There is no need to wait any longer once you already know this goal, venture or dream must be made.

If you feel like you are still in the daydreaming stage and need someone to bounce ideas off of, please reach out. I’d love to help you gain clarity and support as you consider next steps.

Your vision, your goal, your venture is worth it.
